We strive to get your sprayers, accessories, and parts to you as quickly as possible! Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in White River, Mpumalanga, South Africa.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 1–5 business days after dispatch.
- All shipping is handled by reputable courier services. We do not deliver to PO Boxes please ensure a valid physical address is provided.
- “Deliver By” dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout, depending on your area.
Regional & International Shipping
- We currently ship throughout South Africa and selected neighbouring countries in Southern Africa.

Customs, Duties & Risk of Loss
- FlowZone Africa (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes (e.g., VAT/GST), or border clearance delays for international shipments.
- Once a package is handed to the courier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer.
